Pharmaceutical, medical, and clinical consulting leadership grounded in decades of scientific rigor and industry experience.

Dr. Roland Meier, M.D., Ph.D.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Dr. Roland Meier received his M.D. from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and his Ph.D. from the Université de Lausanne, Switzerland, where he also completed his training as a pediatrician and pediatric oncologist. Before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, he held a postdoctoral fellowship at a leading research institution in Berkeley, California.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Meier has led the launch of several new drugs and indications, creating meaningful opportunities for patients to receive life-extending therapies faster through the design and implementation of early access programs.
Following his postdoctoral training, Dr. Meier entered the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, later advancing into clinical development after completing specialized training in pharmacovigilance. He has led multiple antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs and played a pioneering role in immuno-oncology during its earliest stages. His therapeutic experience spans immunology, radiotherapies, and complex drug combinations across a wide range of indications.
Dr. Meier combines a hands-on, execution-oriented working style with leadership experience at both major pharmaceutical companies and startup biotechs — including serving as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
He is the founder and owner of Princeton MedSolutions LLC, where he serves as an independent clinical consultant, medical monitor, safety physician, clinical advisor, and fractional CMO for biotech and pharmaceutical organizations.
